ES0006 is a custom molded automotive rubber diaphragm developed for assemblies requiring controlled flexible movement between separated pressure or vacuum zones. The diaphragm profile, clamping edge, center interface, compound and deflection requirements can be developed from drawings, 3D data or physical samples.
An automotive rubber diaphragm must flex repeatedly while remaining correctly positioned between mating components. Working profile, clamping geometry, center connection, deflection, compound and inspection requirements are reviewed together with the housing and operating conditions.
Annular, convoluted and application-specific profiles can be developed around the required working area and available housing space.
Profile height, wall section and movement range are reviewed to support repeated flexing without excessive stretching or interference.
Outer diameter, sealing bead, flange width and clamping surface can be matched to the housing and retaining components.
Center openings, mounting seats and auxiliary holes can be developed according to the connected shaft, plate or actuator assembly.
NBR, EPDM, HNBR, FKM, VMQ and other compounds can be reviewed according to temperature, media and flexing requirements.
Critical diameters, wall sections, openings, surface condition and agreed functional criteria can be checked during sampling.
ES0006 specifications are developed around the housing, clamping interface and intended operating conditions, with flexible geometry, material, deflection and inspection requirements reviewed together.

Housing & Clamping Review
Fit, Deflection & Inspection
Custom molded rubber diaphragms can be developed for automotive assemblies requiring flexible separation, controlled movement or pressure response within a defined housing.
ES0006 development can move from functional and interface review to tooling, sample evaluation and repeat production under agreed automotive material and inspection requirements.
Diaphragm geometry, housing dimensions, clamping areas, center connections and operating conditions are reviewed before tooling.
Initial samples can be evaluated for dimensions, housing fit, clamping, deflection and agreed surface requirements.
Compound specifications, material records, dimensional reports and PPAP documentation can be prepared when required.
Approved tooling, compound specifications, inspection criteria and production records can be maintained for repeat orders.
