Automotive Rubber Seals

Category: Custom O-Rings & Rubber Seals

Hongjie supplies automotive rubber seals for door, trunk, hood, and window sealing from a factory-direct library of 3,500+ existing tools — matching an OEM drawing against that library before cutting new steel, which shortens the quote-to-sample path.

Custom-Engineered Seals for Vehicle Body Sealing

Hongjie has manufactured sealing components since 2001 from an 11,000 m² Shenzhen facility with roughly 150 staff, IATF 16949:2016-certified. Automotive rubber seals for door and trunk applications draw on the existing tooling library first; a new custom mold is only cut when no match exists.

Seal Types & Applications We Manufacture

  • Door and Trunk Seals

Profiles designed to seal doors and trunk openings against water, dust, noise and air leakage during repeated opening and closing.

  • Hood, Window and Sunroof Seals

Includes glass-run channels, flocked-lip window profiles and sunroof drain seals. These components are typically extruded and cut to the required length.

  • Body-Panel Gap and Cowl Seals

Used around body-panel gaps, cowl areas and other exterior joints to reduce water ingress, vibration and wind noise

  • Engine-Bay and Underbody Seals

Sealing profiles for engine-bay and underbody applications, where resistance to heat, oil, moisture, dirt and road exposure is required.
